Delivery

•  In most cases orders are dispatched within 5 working days of your order being placed, unless otherwise stated, although most items are sent within 24 hours of the order being received.

• Working days are Monday to Friday not including Bank Holidays

•  Royal Mail First Class: In nearly all cases this means your package will arrive the next day, but please allow up to 3 - 5 days, as delays with the Royal Mail can sometimes occur.

• Bank Holidays and Christmas. Delivery times may vary during these periods.

Note: Orders over 1kg, will be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels or other courier, which will take slightly longer.
Please remember that there is a lot more to postage and packaging than just the Royal Mail postage cost. We try to keep our P + P charges as low as possible and believe that we are fair in comparison with the rest of the online market.

• We welcome orders from outside the UK. Please contact our customer services department either by email or on 07957 938989 for details of delivery costs.

• Not all goods are available for international postage so please contact us prior to ordering.
